  • Cancellations: You may request to cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it. Once processed for shipping, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Warranty & Product Safety

  • 90-Day Limited Warranty: We warrant that our products are free from manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by accidents.
  • Safety Compliance: Our products are designed with child safety in mind and use non-toxic, water-based paints and smooth edges. However, adult supervision is recommended for all play, especially for children under 3 years old.
  • Recall Information: In the unlikely event of a product recall, we will notify affected customers via email and provide instructions.

8. User Accounts

  • Account Responsibility: If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
