30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your Jessruly purchase! If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it (unused, with all original tags attached)
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Simply email us at jessrulytoy@gmail.com to request a return. Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or just plain wrong, contact us immediately at jessrulytoy@gmail.com — we'll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (beauty products, etc.)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items & gift cards
Exchanges
Want a different item? The fastest way is to return what you have, and once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, we'll automatically refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

For EU Customers
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same return conditions apply (unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase).
